For more than 20 years, I have worked with leaders, executives, speakers and teams around the world. I do not begin from the assumption that successful people need fixing. My work sits at the intersection of executive coaching, facilitation, leadership development and practical organisational experience. I have spent decades in conversations where the stakes matter: decisions, relationships, transitions, presentations, strategic priorities and the moments when capable people need access to more of their best.

Before building my coaching and development practice, I spent many years working inside corporate environments. That experience matters because coaching does not happen in a vacuum. People are navigating real organisations, real pressures, real relationships and real consequences.

The experience I bring helps me recognise patterns. The discipline I bring is not to presume that your situation is the same as anyone else's.
